Context

As part of the bank’s transition to Agile, Big Bank approached Expert360 to assist them in sourcing 35 Agile Coaches. The role had sat with their traditional vendors since October 2017. Their traditional vendors included: consulting firms, third-party tech companies and recruitment agencies. They were able to successfully source 10 in a 3-month period via this method.
