To assist with their rapid growth, One Big Switch needed to find a data-driven consultant to help them plan and implement the One Big Switch email and digital conversion strategy.

The chosen consultant would need to be an experienced email and digital conversion analyst. Their challenge would be to define, implement and manage a conversion analysis and optimisation strategy. One Big Switch wanted a consultant who would be available to immerse themselves in the businesses and devise the strategy and tools necessary for thorough analysis, testing and optimisation.

The project was hands-on and was positioned at the centre point of the technology, commercial and media teams.

They needed a consultant who could commit to at least one month with at least a few days each week based on site. With more campaigns planned in the coming weeks and a growing email list, One Big Switch needed to find a consultant fast.

Solution

Following interviews with the shortlist of candidates One Big Switch selected Katherine, a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Consultant with 8 years of experience in delivering digital strategies. Katherine was able to design, implement and manage a conversion analysis and optimisation strategy, reviewing conversation data and uncovering trends to optimise and develop improvements to the customer sales journey.
